- Are subject to material availability
- May be revised if site conditions or specifications change
3.2 Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed when:
- The customer accepts the quotation, and
- The required deposit or full payment has been received
Once confirmed, custom production may commence.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are stated in the applicable currency depending on the country of service.
Singapore Orders
Prices may be subject to GST where applicable.
Australia Orders
Prices may include GST where applicable under Australian tax regulations.
Payment terms may include:
- Deposit upon order confirmation
- Balance payment prior to delivery or installation
- Other payment arrangements agreed in writing
Avion Furnishing reserves the right to suspend delivery or installation if payment obligations are not fulfilled.
5. Measurements and Site Conditions
Customer Measurements
Where customers provide their own measurements:
- Avion Furnishing will rely on the measurements provided
- The company will not be responsible for inaccuracies
Site Measurement Service
If Avion Furnishing conducts on-site measurements:
- Customers must ensure reasonable access to the property
- Measurements may be adjusted if site conditions differ during installation
Customers must ensure:
- Installation surfaces are suitable
- Electrical points (for motorised blinds) are prepared where required
6. Installation Services
Installation services may be carried out by:
- Avion Furnishing technicians, or
- Authorised installation partners
Customers must ensure:
- Safe working access to installation areas
- Removal of fragile items or obstructions
Avion Furnishing shall not be responsible for:
- Pre-existing structural issues
- Hidden electrical or piping systems within walls or ceilings
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Manufacturing lead times
- Material availability
- Logistics delays
- Weather conditions
Avion Furnishing will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any delays.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Custom-Made Products
Most products are custom-made to order and therefore:
- Are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has started
Non-Custom Products
Standard products may be eligible for return if:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned within the agreed timeframe
